HOW TO PLACE ORDER AT "FRAMED DATE" ONLINE STORE
User registration is optional, but it will help you save your time. Registered users have the opportunity to increase their personal discount with each new purchase made by logging in with their username. You do not need to add the personal information and delivery address each time you make a new order. All information is stored in the database.
Browse to the desired item
Select a product group or a specific product from the list of contents at the top of the page, and all items from that group will be displayed on the screen. Choose the product you need! Find a product of interest you can use the viewfinder at the top of the page, above the content.
Add the product to your shopping cart

To jump to the basket, click on the "basket" icon in the corner of the page. In this basket, you can change the quantity of the selected product or delete them from the purchase basket. The purchase basket will reflect the added products and the total purchase amount. You can continue choosing the goods (if you also want to purchase other items after you have added a single product), delete the items from the purchase basket, or move to a purchase by pressing "check
Order processing and payment
When you press "checkout", at the left-hand side of the item list, you can enter a discount coupon code if you have one, then press the "Apply" button. If the code is entered correctly, the items in the cart will be calculated according to the coupon discount and terms and the purchase amount will be recalculated. Fill in the specified fields on the right hand side of the page and then tap on "continue to delivery mode" to select the desired delivery. If you are already registered with our E-store, click on "Login" at the top, and proceed to checkout via your profile. The first time you make a purchase, you will need to provide the information requested, but the information will automatically appear in the next purchase. Then press "continue on delivery mode" to select the desired delivery. Select the desired payment method, then press "Finish purchase". You will receive an email after confirming your order. Orders are processed on weekdays from 8.00 to 17.00

Return Policy
Changed your mind! - We have your back.- Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition.
 - Merchandise must include any/all hang tags, cases, and cloth sacks that were included in the original shipment.
 
Return Process:
When you package up your return, please include the original paperwork that was included with your order. Or, if you don't have that, then be sure to print out your confirmation email with your order details in it.

RETURNING A PARCEL USING A RETURNS CODE :
- The message or e-mail that tells you your parcel has arrived usually contains a returns code. You can use this code to return the parcel using a parcel machine.
 - Save the address label on the parcel you want to return. If you are returning the parcel using a parcel machine, the parcel machine will issue a new address label. Stick it on the parcel.
 
RETURNING A PARCEL TO A PARCEL MACHINE:
1. Take the item to the nearest parcel machine.
2. On the touch screen select the necessary language followed by the ‘Return a parcel’ option.
3. Enter the returns code received in the message or e-mail.
4. Stick the printed address label onto the parcel. You will find the address label in the compartment under the payment terminal.
5. Place the parcel inside the opened locker, close the door and confirm you have sent the parcel by pressing the ‘Confirm’ button displayed on the screen.
6. Print a receipt, if necessary.
- If the parcel contains a barcode, you will just need to scan the barcode after selecting the return option. Remember, you can also enter the parcel number manually.
 
REFUSING A PARCEL WITH PARCEL MACHINE:
If you do not want to receive a parcel, do not go to collect it from the parcel machine after you receive our text message or email. We will return it to the sender once the storage time ends. If the courier calls, let him or her know you do not want to receive the parcel and we will return it to the sender immediately.
RETURNS FOR EUROPIAN COUNTRIES OUTSIDE BALTIC UNION

- Select Create Return
 
- Select the products you want to return
 - Select the number of products you like to return
 - Press Continue
 - Choose a reason for return
 - Write Notes to a merchant (optional)
 - Press Confirm and Submit
 
If for some reason, you can't print out the information, then please inform us and after approval:
- Include the following information with your return:
 - Your name
 - Your order number
 - Your reason for returning (i.e. broken, not as expected, not my style, poor quality, other)
 
If you're wanting an exchange, send us an email with all of the information above, plus which item you are hoping to exchange for. This is so we can confirm that we have it in stock!

Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. We recommend that you send the return with tracking, but do not send as signature required.
If you purchased one of our items from a third party site, please return the item according to their return policy. This includes Amazon orders!
